Study Abroad Ambassador Program

Study Abroad Ambassador Program

The Office of International Education and Development (OIED) at FAMU is currently looking for full-time FAMU students to participate in the Study Abroad Ambassador Program.

What is Study Abroad Ambassador?
Ambassadors are study abroad alumni or students with international experience, who are passionate about their education abroad experience and willing to encourage other students to study abroad by sharing their story. Ambassadors will have a chance to help future study abroad students to succeed abroad by offering their valuable insights and expertise. Ambassadors will assist the OIED to promote study abroad programs and to help prepare prospective study abroad participants. It is a great opportunity to continue involvement with the study abroad programs after returning home or furthering engagement with International opportunities on campus. Study Abroad Ambassador Program will give you a chance to reinforce the knowledge and to improve the skills you have obtained abroad.  You will learn how to effectively articulate and apply your knowledge, skills, and experience in a professional environment.
