April 30: Study/Research Awards: Find an Affiliate.

For study/research grants, affiliation with an educational institution is required. One or two letters is typical. ETA applicants do not submit letters of affiliation. The affiliation is the individual in the host country with whom you are proposing to work or from whom you may receive potential support and/or mentorship, given shared research/study interests. The letter from the affiliate is dependent on the needs, and area, of your research project or study plan. Affiliation requirements vary by country. Fulbrighters will be asked to affiliate with universities, although in some countries it is possible to affiliate with other types of organizations, such as research institutes, NGOs, libraries, or government ministries.

    Identifying an Affiliation:
  1. Faculty, mentor, and advisors at FAMU.
  2. Regional centers and programs at FAMU.
  3. Visiting Fulbright professors in the U.S. Fulbright Scholar Program: https://www.cies.org/fulbright-scholars
