Additional Expenses
- $250 Study Abroad Application Fee will be charged to the student's iRattler account during the student's semester abroad term.
- Airfare* is usually not included in the program cost.
- Students may be required to obtain a visa,* immunizations* and/or international health insurance*.
- The student will be required to obtain a transcript* (additional $0-$500).
In addition to Financial Aid, there are scholarships available for study abroad. OIED staff will assist FAMU students with the scholarship application process and creating a competitive essay.
